Hi guys, im entering my 10th month in real estate. I have 2 listings left going into the new year, and have sold 11 properties up to now. I am in a flat spot at the moment, and i need something to happen when i start back in mid Jan. I have a few possibilities but need to hit it hard. Is there any 1 thing i should focus on to crank up the numbers to get some quick listings when i return?

    Hi Guys,
I entered in to real estate sales in march 2011, I did couple of appraisals but when I followed up for listings, I was told that I am not having experience in selling. I knew that I was pitching against agents with 10-15 yrs experience and I took it as a challenge that when I am honest and trustworthy to my clients, I will get the listings but its not working out. How do you handle this situation. I am very much determined to take up this task. I believe in “Never give up attitude”.

    Hi guys,
We have an advantage of being able to offer the essentials of marketing all at no charge. I am wondering, however, if it is a good thing to target vendors who will not have to commit to spending anything for marketing. On a related note, do you think print is dead for property marketing?

Hey Twids, hope your well. As for John, first off thanks for your assistance over the last 4years in Real Estate through your seminars and books I managed quite well in Brissy. Now that I live on Thornleigh, Sydney, my question is how do you recommend I move forward in my career… Do I jump and open my own agency, take over a struggling non auction focused one and step it up or continue selling? Your enthusiasm, knowledge and know how I could spend years feeding off so Glen, no fair that you limit us to one question. Cheers, Dion
